Tony's armor can stop nukes at 2% power



Nothing BP has will damage him. Tony can fly faster than the speed of sound can lift cars with no problem, and his armor has more firepower than a fighter jet

Black Panther did tell Tony after a fight that he was capable or replicating technology on the level of his iron man armors and was insulted for him assuming otherwise, so it isn't unbelievable that he could fight him. Panthers suit techs are pretty underrated if you ask me. In Hickman's run, he had invisibility, force field generation, energy daggers, and we was going to-to-toe with Namor.

It's called PIS (Plot induced stupidity) for why you have weak level characters even going toe to toe with characters that would curb stomp them. Not saying this is the exact case with Bp vs ironman.

Anyone can beat anyone if the conditions are right. How many times have Doom handed out cosmic "L's" to the likes of Thanos, Galactus, Surfer, etc? and really he's just a dude in a suit with magic.

PIS would be T'Challa fighting Galactus straight up and Galactus forgetting that he could blink BP out of existence and instead just punches and kicks him. Which should not be confused with Character Induced Stupidity (CIS) where Galactus simply ignores BP because he feels he isn't worth noticing, which is an inherent character trait......(ie dooms arrogance, spider man's unwillingness to kill, absorbing man's lack of intelligence etc)

PIS is not BP devising contingency plans to neutralize Galactus or turn him away from Earth as there is actually evidence of same occurring more than once.

I don't get you guys when Reed does it, it's accepted and celebrated but T'Challa who not as smart as Reed is certainly up there, is scoffed at.

Go and read Ultimates #1-2 where they actually neutralize Galactus.

I get what you are trying to say and it makes more sense say in the case of Spider Man vs Firelord where a character goes far above his written limits to beat a far superior opponent when nothing written prior shows they have that ability.

However, if overtime SM and FL keep having encounters and SM keeps beating him the same way then that then shifts to CIS where the character just has an inherent nature where he neglects certain abilities when facing specific character. It's cannon.

Another example, Thor has a ton of powers he RARELY uses. But it's not PIS it's CIS, Dude would rather slug it out rather than use his more exotic powers which are cannon.

Silver Surfer, again another character who possesses a wide variety of powers but is limited by his pacifism.

As powerful as galactus is, he's been neutralized more than once before and by more than one person , if anything science/infinity gloves are his kryptonite.
