Idris Elba would've been perfect, but he's already Heimdall in Thor.
It can't be a Chris Evans Johnny Storm/Captain America type of thing
Unlike Chris Evans situation, Heimdall will be in the same Marvel(Movie) Universe as the Black Panther
A young Wesley Snipes would've killed that shyt.
You want somebody who has a strong presence and good acting skills.If I had to narrow down my list, I'd go with Chiwetel Ejiofor.....Put him on a serious work out routine and drill him with fighting lessons.
He could definitely pull it off.
On the sneak, Anthony Mackie might get some serious consideration.I could see him maturing into the role

Only problem with Michael Jai White is that he isn't that good of an actor. He's not bad, but he's not on par with the talent Marvel has been putting in their movies.
Black Panther is a character that often makes Iron Man look like an ass. Can you see MJW pulling that off?

Sony owns the film rights to Spider-Man and they've made it clear they're never giving them up. All they have to do is keep making a movies ever few years to keep the rights.
Rumor was Fox sold the rights to Fantastic Four Back to Marvel.
Universal sold the rights to the Hulk back to Marvel.
Fox still has X-Men and all related properties, Daredevil and all related properties, and a think a couple other things from Marvel.

They just have to churn out of movie every few years.
Marvel comics went bankrupt a few years back and the only way they could keep from shutting down was by selling the film rights to their characters to a bunch of studios.
It's hardly stupid considering Marvel gets a cut of everything the studios do. Plus Marvel has a deep stable of characters at their disposal and now they're backed by Disney.

I vaguely remember them having financial trouble. But still.. Selling the rights FOR GOOD of ya most popular franchises? That's more than stupid. Even if they're breaking them off. The fact they even got in that situation is dumb enough being all the material they have out there. That shyts like selling your children
I have a feeling both these franchises are gonna be batman and robind soon. Did dc do something similar with batman and superman? They don't even have their own studio.

Sony only has the FILM rights and Marvel even gets a cut of that. Truthfully those films are just a small part of the money made from Spider-man. The better the movies do the more money Marvel makes from the hundreds of other things they sell with Spider-Man featured.
Marvel makes money from Sony's Movies, videogames, all kinds of merchandise, and cartoons. Sony doesn't OWN Spider-man they just get to make movies about him.
DC's situation is a lot more complicated but basically everything DC related is owned by Warner Bros.
