big difference between going to the gym to get fit/brolic

and between going to the gym to learn to fight .....

a trained 15 year old will beat the brakes off any untrained gym fit grown adult .....

you're just going to be a fit/muscular guy that cant fight

Well that's why cacs invented it, because they're natrually weaker than us.
And bc guns are the superior way to kill your opponents :ohhh:

Less risk of injuring yourself, superior range, near instantaneous threat negation, ability to fight off multiple threats. Guns were invented bc they’re just superior to any other weapon ever used on Earth

No damn lie,

One of my close friends still lives like he's in his early 20s. Smoking and drinking gaining hella weight. When bro sleeps he legitimately stops breathing, he snores heavily and I think it's due to him being over weight in his late 20s.

If he's not gonna lift, he should at least do cardio and not that walking BS. If he's gonna walk he should walk on an incline.

Consistent walking is way better than nothing, especially if one is far out of shape. At the very least it’s habit to build off of

It is 100% better than nothing, but I feel like that's a cop out for a lot of people. Most people don't walk enough, and usually the ones that say that aren't walking in my experience. They usually have bad dietary habits that are also a huge factor.

My boy's gone but not far gone, his family are all in good shape. All built like line backers.

My grandma used to be a member of this seniors walking club where she's do a few KMs every Wednesday, not including all the places she'd walk to on the daily.

There's not short cuts when I comes to health, it's hard to stay healthy. If it was easy everyone would do it.

:pachaha:Yea thanks

Wasn’t sure, I see gym rats doing a bunch of iso workouts on YT but I don’t need all that definition

I TELL NEWBIES AND CAUSALS
ALL THE TIME...

ALL THAT ISOLATION shyt
IS FOR ACTUAL BODY BUILDERS
WHO ARE TRYING TO GET EACH
INDIVIDUAL MUSCLE AS BIG AS POSSIBLE.

ITS A WASTE OF TIME FOR
THE AVERAGE PERSON UNLESS
THEYRE RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY.

DOING COMPOUND LIFTS
WHILE EATING IN A CALORIC SURPLUS
WITH ADEQUATE PROTEIN INTAKE
CAN PUT ON SERIOUS MASS.

Na 100% there should be a progressive overload in any exercise over time. That’ll usually kick that “not doing enough” habit. Walk a little bit longer, or a quicker pace and eventually you’ll realize shyt is too easy because you got your shyt together. Always measure, but don’t marry the numbers: they just hold you accountable.

I say kinda the same, in that there are no shortcuts, and the only way through it is straight through it, but imo the difficulty is in consistency at the start and having a sound plan in the first place. If you have a goal and know what it takes to get there, you just have to stick to the plan regardless of results. So many ppl I know fall off the wagon because they try to undo a decade of bad habits in a season, and get disappointed when the results aren’t that fast. You gotta fall in love with the process and the results will follow. Then it’s just a lifestyle

But once you’re in shape, it’s so much easier to maintain than to get back/up to it in the first place.
