I've been natural for a few years. I think I was really nervous when I first went natural because I know how people talk about "bald-headed chicks with nappy hair". I'm not even going to lie I used to be one of them. I always wore my hair straight in a little bob and I would always get compliments on my hair. It was scary going into unknown territory, and as much as people pretend it doesn't matter hearing people tell you your hair looks good, it made me feel good.

It really helped me when first going natural when people would come and tell me my hair looked good and they liked it. It gave me confidence, and now I rock my afro all the time. Honestly, yes white men tell me they like my hair, but just as many black men tell me if not more. I don't know where the black men hate natural hair comes from.

But to be completely honest, I still think I look better with straight hair, but I won't be going back. It just doesn't fit my lifestyle :manny:.

When my cousin went natural I gave her compliments every time I saw her because her shyt legit looked better than when it was relaxed. Girls with natural hair whose oil/conditioning game is on point :ohlawd:

Pics of what this unkempt hair looks like :leostare:
Probably real 4a- C hair is "unkempt"

It's already a problem they these "biracial curls" for lack of a better word define natural hair.

C-napp hair with not much curl definition. These are clearly styled and combed.

Yup when they think curly natural hair what they don't tell you is that they really mean this

NOT this

Then got the nerve to be talking about natural hair when most shave themselves practically bald, so that they don't have to "deal" with it. Then the ones with long natural hair are like "well I did it why can't you"? Knowing damn well that they only wore one style for 3 years, and barely touched their hair. Something people would call women crazy for doing. It'll be "why don't you switch your style up" and "you should change your hair". Manipulation is the mortal enemy of natural hair, and when women find a low manipulation hairstyle (weave) it's a problem? Then the big elephant in the room... blacks have been told that their hair is less than, unkempt, unprofessional, and a whole other host of negative things for centuries. Of course some people are going to believe that indoctrination. But, no let's worry about women who don't wear their natural hair and make fun of them instead of doing something like educating our people and building a black economy. Oh, and all this Is coming from someone with natural hair. :stopitslime:
:ehh: cant argue with that...The way i see it, most black women just wanna impress black men who tend to have cac inspired ideas of female beauty. Black women who go natural cant win with this generation of men.

so the black woman is ultimately 100% unaccountable for her own actions :ehh: this is why women should be treated with kids gloves, cus you're right. men should determine the beauty standard and ostracize those who dont fit it. in a perfect world, nikkas wouldnt even talk to weave wearers. but in reality, nobody throwing away good p*ssy over a hairstyle.

Dont you love how they switch it up? Any other fukking time they'll love to tell you how powerless and weak the black man is and how strong and independent the black woman is.....until it comes to some kind of obligation or labor. Thats when all of the sudden black men need to start doing things for them. I see through this bullshyt thats why Im quick to tell them straight that they arent owed a god damn thing. fukk em and fukk this topic.

If black women cant accept their own hair then thats their problem and they need to pay someone to counsel them. Its not a black man's obligation to fix someone else's bullshyt ass insecurities. :comeon:

And when it comes to this topic specifically black women want nothing more than to lock shields and fight black men anyway. Do you honestly think that they'll take OUR opinion to heart on this topic? Dont hold your fukking breath. My advice to any and all black men who dont like weaves is to ignore any and all black women who have them and only give your attention to the women who keep it natural. If enough of us do this then natural selection will start to take place.

you'd be hard pressed to find black men that like weave -- they stink, they're dirty, and it looks clownish.

what black men dont like is short, damaged or patchy hair, which is usually what we're left with when they take out the weave.

And many black men are very verbal about the dislike for weave....yet black women are doing it anyway. Which is why I have to laugh when these tricks are in here talking about how "black men determine the black female standard of beauty". Bullshyt. Black women do what they want regardless. This weave nonsense falls entirely on them. They need to learn to own it because im tired of them trying to put their insecurities onto black men.

well i've already to come to terms with black woman's unaccountability. everything will always revert back to male responsibility to fix the issue. the sooner you learn it, the better

Considering that black women have the lowest interracial relationship rates and most have preferences for black men, I would say black men are the only men a majority of black women are interested In. :yeshrug:They may put questionable black men on the pedestal aka players and thugs and ballers but they are black men nonetheless.
