Psychological evaluation. If black men are capable then we have to figure out what is causing them to turn against higher education. It has to be something with mindset. Because this did not start with social media. What made them give up?
I think we need to start there.
Outside of that showing the young black men in your life that your success can be their success. At least if your field is growing. Try to get them on the path to your career and help them make it through college or provide them resources that will help them get there.

The apathy is a result of too many men not prepared for service based industries and feeling a need to confront systems and spaces where women who have made those adjustments and erect spaces that benefit them with contempt.
