I agree on the picture part. But, I understand and appreciate the gesture.
Though, I do think it was nicely done.
I think the students in the phone whose ancestors were enslaved in Colonial and Antebellum America -- I would have loved to for them to personalize their experience by finding out one of the many plantations or farms their ancestors actually were enslaved on. And taking the picture and saying their name. Letting people know he or she is a descendant of "names." Now, that to me would have been more spiritual and connecting.
But, I still liked it.
This site is getting worse and worse. I see it as them trolling bc nobody can be this dense

Should be non-profit museums and treated as burial grounds and sacred sites. As many of ADOS ancestors are still buried on the land and surrounding it.
It's lots of places now where they building on gravesites of the enslaved, old Black cemeteries and graves of mass killings of Black Americans.

I told y'all that this forum is filled with c00ns and cacs. I think people who's mostly hating on this is cacs. Mad because this shows defeat of white supremacy. We went from being enslaved to being doctors and millionaires and billionaires when not one of was suppose to be nothing more than a servant.

Or could it be that they are showing appreciation, gratitude, respect and honor to their ancestors and the other 3.5 million out of 4 million Black people who were enslaved. It was them (for literally their bodies) and as well as their descendants are who made our lives possible today.
And possible for those students to be on the path to be future Doctors -- and the medical industry, practices and treatments we know today.
