For instance, I worked at a certain store when I was 18 years old. My manager was an Afro Caribbean woman. She hated African Americans specifically African American men. Now you live in Miami and understand that with mix of different black cultures you really can't tell all the time who is from where. She did not want to hire African American men specifically. Like if an African American man turned in an application she would throw it away. I remember a black man calling in to see if we are hiring. I told him to give me his information so that I could relay it to the manager. He told me that he has a lot of media experience, and worked for different net works and has sales experience. We were looking for a key holder/assistant manager at the time. When she came back that night I told her about him and she rolled her eyes but took the paper. When I went back into the backroom to take out the office trash I saw his information in the trash. The new person that she hired was a black woman. So I called in anonymously to our hotline to report the stuff that I saw her do, but nothing happened. She's been working for the company for 18+ years. I ended quitting because she and I got into a big argument, and I found a better job somewhere else. I later asked a former coworker if she's still there and they said she was transferred to a different store location at Miami beach.

We know it is some vindictive shyt about a dude she believes broke her heart and brought those feelings into the economy. Smh.

Okay,so what if that mexican worker is a better worker? What if that black owner saw that,and that's why he decided to hire more Hispanics at same pay rate,what fault do those Hispanic workers have?

It could be.....She is 50+ and married with one son, but she doesn't speak fondly about her husband. Her son would come in and talk to us about them. Dad works a lot, is rarely home, and takes a lot of business trips. He said his mother nags a lot. He wasn't lying she nagged so damn much. She would literally have moments where she snapped and went on a nagging rampage. Her husband was from the Virgin Islands so I didn't get her qualms with African American men.

Honestly she didn't like men in general. She offered her son a job there and he didn't take because he did not want to be around her. She didn't like men in general. She didn't really like black men like that, but her hate was more directed towards African American men. She preferred men that wouldn't stand up to her.

That's what happened with the asians with the fish markets, fried chicken, hair shops and etc., in LA. Black folks use to own those businesses; but they hired asians and they learned how to cook the food. Then they left that job owned by the blacks and opened up their own store and took their business and the black had to close their stores.

yup.. i also notice a lot of blacks who had these businesses went out and bought mercedes , nice homes the whole nine, but didn't bother invested the money back into the business to keep the business up keep and then they went out and under paid immigrants so they can keep more of the profits.. these fools isn't slick..

I read the article and what they did should not be tolerated but if it was brought to the attention of the owner and he did nothing, the blame falls squarely on him for allowing that type of discriminatory behavior to go unpunished.
