I use to go there; then I noticed the change. All the roscoe's locations primarily employ hispanic workers and give shytty service, but the patrons are black. You don't see hispanics eating in roscoe's.

They rather pay undocumented Pedro 30-35% less under the table and put twice the workload on him...in most cases it ultimately leads to a shyttier brand but to them it's worth it cause there a higher profit margin and more flexibility....and you will more and more of this with the rise in the MW especially in LA where there talking $15/hr....
