Black Louisville Judge Dismisses Entire White Jury

I love the information agecontrol the annals of power, brehs 
Judge is abso-fukking-lutely right. Jury of your peers. When you are a black man on trial, even minor offenses seem worse just because you are black.
Even if the white people aren't consciously against you for being black, they don't look at you as one of them.
They seem Tom White up there, they are thinking "He looks like my old golf buddy" or "He looks too nice to be guilty." Unless a mothafukka looks like a creep, he already
has an advantage cause his peers give him the benefit of the doubt.
A black man? Some of them white folks simply don't care enough, some are scared of him, some go back to some random brotha doing something and think
"Well this is a start. Throw the book at em." Ain't no way they are going to be able to weigh evidence and his background fairly because they already don't know
his reality, his life, his trials and tribulations. Putting the power in the hands of an all-white jury is a sure-fire way to get brothas hung for Jaywalking. It's a problem
and it is good that this judge knows when to address it.
