It is not apples to apples comparison to compare an immigrant class moving into a Country for the sole purupose of going to college to an entire population of people who are already there; which includes people who go to college as well as people who do not.

A more apples to apples comparison would be literacy rates of African Americans in the USA to Nigerians in Nigeria. Etc, etc.

Black americans have literally no connection to any country/island outside of the united states. Completely different dynamic from Africans and Caribbean-americans. We are not a immigrant based culture
