There's no agenda...black western men do not marry at high rates and due to the low black population have more opportunity to date or marry others. Black women are more numerous than black men and black men date out the most out of the two groups...catch my drift.

It's simple logistics. Black women cannot consider black men only as potential partners if their plans are to be married and settled down.
