If black women are twice as likely to be employed as black men then the unemployment rates should reflect that, and they never have, and they never will. As for the suspended bit black girls are suspended the most out of any other group of girls, yet they still manage to be the most educated group.

That graph don't answer the other questions I asked so that's why I don't pay them much mind on this issue. When I worked for the government everybody that was the same grade level got payed the same.
