Fair enough, all I know is that I've seen women do light work outs through out pregnancy.

Some pregnant people act like their handicapped except w/ that spoon.


Fit legs, toned arms. They look healthy not sloppy. They eat right, they hold theirself accountable knowing when this baby comes its gonna be some shyt to handle. So they handle their shyt during those months, leaving little have to work on when the baby is born.

For all you know that pregnancy could've been high risk and she could've been told not to...

or she could've been feeling ill or sick from hormones and unable to work out, had trouble gaining weight with the baby, etc...

shouldn't be so quick to jump in and judge someone over pregnancy weight gain, especially so soon. You have no idea what type of medical situation they were dealing with.

Not to mention, many of these women who do lose weight fast who are celebrities often go have liposuction or engage in radical, unhealthy behavior like the crash dieting kenyadoll was talking about, or have 24/7 trainers.

You never hear the media talk about that.

However, every woman and every pregnancy is different (some women have easy pregnancies, some women have complications). *As a woman, I know not judge every pregnancy and woman the same; however, all men care about is what her body looks like (forget her health or anything that may be going on during or post pregnancy...again shallow and insensitive). Huge warning to men though: If the woman did not exercise and hold her self accountable before pregnancy, she sure isn't going to do it while she's pregnant.

Also the whole thread is useless because someone has already posted pics of her in the gym. Call it what you want, but expecting a woman who dropped a baby four weeks ago to be back to pre-pregnancy weight is shallow, insensitive, and unrealistic for most women.

I would feel the same way about a male athletic who gained weight during an injury where he could still do exercises like walking (I wouldn't expect him to be completely back in shape in four weeks ).

No, if you still have pregnancy weight four weeks after your have your baby, you were probably one of those women who used pregnancy as an excuse to be a pig.

KnowledgeisQueen just stated in the random thoughts thread that she just had her first period after pregnancy and she is bleeding like she has an internal gunshot wound. If her behind isn't in the gym working off that baby fat, despite what her immediate post pregnant body may be going through, you best believe it is because she is one those pregnant chicks.
