Fair enough, all I know is that I've seen women do light work outs through out pregnancy.

Some pregnant people act like their handicapped except w/ that spoon.


Fit legs, toned arms. They look healthy not sloppy. They eat right, they hold theirself accountable knowing when this baby comes its gonna be some shyt to handle. So they handle their shyt during those months, leaving little have to work on when the baby is born.

That is best way to go about it (if you can). However, every woman and every pregnancy is different (some women have easy pregnancies, some women have complications). As a woman, I know not judge every pregnancy and woman the same; however, all men care about is what her body looks like (forget her health or anything that may be going on during or post pregnancy...again shallow and insensitive). Huge warning to men though: If the woman did not exercise and hold her self accountable before pregnancy, she sure isn't going to do it while she's pregnant.
