That 3 million that offered him would probably be recouped in no time, if they're charging like 2.5k+ a month in a minimum at rent, plus there's like 40-50 units..Breh if that land is that valuable that they want him off it, it’s probably worth a lot more than what they offered him. Especially if his biz is thriving. That’s my point.
