In the case of Austin, it is virtually over for Black people.

Amazon putting HQ2 there would eliminate all low-income Black people, leaving only Amazon employees and the employees of other companies with a presence in the city.

Yeah, blacks are pretty much out of Austin.

One area with a big black population is killeen which is about an hour from Austin. I don't really want that Amazon HQ2 in texas. It's going to make the prices get even more out of control and turn us into a mini cali where nobody but the upper echelon of tech workers can afford to live.
