Of course they do among themselves. If a country is damn near 100% black you no longuer have the need to identify yourself as black. You distinguish yourself by what makes you different.
In the USA since the country has so much diversity you align among racial divide. Like as an american you probably look at haitians and just say okay they're haitian. But among haitians there are several divides based on regions
