Real talk I talk about how shytty B ham is and well....it is. But you got to be born here to really appreciate it. Despite all the BS and crime. There is a sense of community here. I don't think you can get in a lot of cities this size. A good mix of young brothers and sisters and old brothers and sisters who look out for one another. And when there is fukkkery afoot nikkas from all walks of life can talk about it like man...that's just some Birmingham shyt right there.
I can't say I've ever ran into much B.S. in B'ham
The one thing about crime in b'ham is it's mostly poverty crimes & crimes of passion like..
- mf owe me money
- that bytch messing with my man
- "nikka moments"
- My bills due ..lemme hit this gas station
- etc etc
Basically a bunch of petty shyt that goes left.
There aren't much "organized"
(for lack of a better word) crime or gang retaliation type crime in the city, it's just various one off petty shyts that leads to someone getting shot.
The regular Joe just doing there thing and knows what time of day not to go to such and such place is fine.
