I would guess he regrets signing that WWE Legends contract moreso than squashing it with HBK since they both seem to be in a good place with each other now. Bret could've been in AEW with FTR/CM Punk and been involved in the Owen Hart tribute too. But the WWE Legends contract has him rehashing this bullshyt over and over again.
