I get that they used to be poor, but coming from humble beginnings doesn't automatically make you good people. I know broke a$$holes too, and humble start or not, she's as much of an a$$hole as he is.

I'm not rooting for anyone on this show but if I had to pick a side it'd probably be Chuck Rhodes, just because he has the strongest logical grounds for what he does.

I did not like his wife getting that nurse fired. Really fukked up.
Chuck is right but his means are really suspect. Plus Giamatti is over acting in this making his character less likable.

Yeah I agree with you. I'm only on Chuck's "side" because the logical part of my brain makes me lol

That and I'm not a fan of how clearly the writers are in awe of Bobby and treat him like a genius when he's just an arrogant criminal.

And his 2nd in Command is the worst character since Johnny Drama.

Man I really am hate watching this show ain't I

Hopefully we see more of Condola and Bobby's secretary at least.

Yeah, I think his 2nd in command sniffing Oxy and being a desperate koos hound will be his downfall and Axe will have to get rid of him.

Chuck and Axe are scumbags no matter if they are "good" and "evil", respectively. Chuck is using shady tactics to bring Axe down. I love Axe just because breh is so calculated and conniving

hmmm I see it different

Rhodes is a hardass but his reasons for going after Axe are reasonable and even noble. Axe is clearly a crook and using nefarious tactics to make money. It doesnt matter if "other" people do it.

Axe doesnt play by fair methods....so why other than a utopian view(and this is tv anyway so real world context aside) should Rhodes be above the fray with Axe?

I don't think giamatti's character is supposed to be likeable tho.

They do seem to be switching gears to his recusal. Not sure how they prove that without cooperation from one of the AUSAs tho.
