They used his deposition to hem his ass up on the final year of eligibilty. That's like being told "nothing you say will be held against you in a court of law" and it being used against you. It's like being granted immunity to testify to a grand jury then being prosecuted for what you just said.

Bill could've done everything he was accused of but being charged using "evidence" used in a civil trial is beyond foul. They didn't do that to Weinstein, He was convicted on evidence of the testimony of his accusers not a deposition he filed in lieu of a civil trial. Micheal Jackson was not convicted because they couldn't use a depo against him.
I’ve wondered about this and since reread about it

Really dumb move by Cosby and his lawyer, they played themselves honestly :manny:

it's hard to look at but he put himself in that position, we as black man know we have to move a certain way there will forever be a target on our backs and no amount of money or acclaim will change that, we have acquaintances we do not have friends, a friend is just a enemy who hasn't figured out a good reason to turn on you yet.

The cognitive dissonance of his supporters is wild, they really cant accept that dude did anything wrong. Its a shame one of the few positive black role models we had turned out to be a piece of shyt.

Not in jail for rape...

he didn't rape anyone thought and isn't even in prison for rape

this is how easy it is to manipulate the public with suggestive wording

He didn't, find anywhere they victims even used the word rape, or the word rape was used in court

he wasn't even charged for rape

you dumb ass c00n

He was convicted of 3 counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault. Actually I'm trying to figure out the difference between Aggravated Indecent Assault and Rape is in Pennsylvania and I'm not seeing the difference.

§ 3125. Aggravated indecent assault.

(a) Offenses defined.--Except as provided in sections 3121 (relating to rape), 3122.1 (relating to statutory sexual assault), 3123 (relating to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse) and 3124.1 (relating to sexual assault), a person who engages in penetration, however slight, of the genitals or anus of a complainant with a part of the person's body for any purpose other than good faith medical, hygienic or law enforcement procedures commits aggravated indecent assault if:

(1) the person does so without the complainant's consent;

(2) the person does so by forcible compulsion;

(3) the person does so by threat of forcible compulsion that would prevent resistance by a person of reasonable resolution;

(4) the complainant is unconscious or the person knows that the complainant is unaware that the penetration is occurring;

(5) the person has substantially impaired the complainant's power to appraise or control his or her conduct by administering or employing, without the knowledge of the complainant, drugs, intoxicants or other means for the purpose of preventing resistance;

(6) the complainant suffers from a mental disability which renders him or her incapable of consent;

(7) the complainant is less than 13 years of age; or

(8) the complainant is less than 16 years of age and the person is four or more years older than the complainant and the

§ 3121. Rape.

(a) Offense defined.--A person commits a felony of the first degree when the person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant:

(1) By forcible compulsion.

(2) By threat of forcible compulsion that would prevent resistance by a person of reasonable resolution.

(3) Who is unconscious or where the person knows that the complainant is unaware that the sexual intercourse is occurring.

(4) Where the person has substantially impaired the complainant's power to appraise or control his or her conduct by administering or employing, without the knowledge of the complainant, drugs, intoxicants or other means for the purpose of preventing resistance.

(5) Who suffers from a mental disability which renders the complainant incapable of consent.

I really don't see what's the difference between the two:manny:
