Here's the deal, I'm biased as hell because I was accused of rape. When I met with my lawyer who specialized in rape cases he didn't say "Don't worry when the rape kit comes back it will prove you didn't do it" And they swabbed me took a strip of my bed and everything. He said "We'll see if she fully cooperates with the investigation".


Spolier alert she didn't. Appearently according to the investigation the Detectives couldn't find her. Because we were both arrested (I was kicking her out of my house and she made a commotion which drew the cops) her moms came to take her home. She also called me several times over a couple of months. Now I was always told there was a way the cops could tell if someone was raped, Now shorty took a shower but we had sex that night. I didn't read shyt saying "we examined her and she was not raped or raped" It seems like basically if a chick accuses you of rape then you must have did it. The problem is if they tell dudes that if a chick accuses you of rape that you're going to jail. That would red pill the shyt out of men. Every sexual encounter would be a porno, I remember when Nelly was accused of rape until he wasn't.


The funny thing is when shyt happens to Black people the story's different. I remember the Towana Bradley Case in New York where she accused a white dude of raping her. She lost the case and the dude sued her and Altom Maddox and Al Sharpton. That happened in the mid 80's. They literally found her working in a small town in Virginia as a nurse's assistant under an assumed name and she gained 60 pounds and she was found by the media put on blast and was fired.

Where were the Shea butters then? This happened in 2013. That lady is still being punished for an accusation made in the fukking 80's!!!

My point is it's seems like unless she immediately went to cops after the rape, you technically can't prove it. I Lost two two jobs behind the accusation. One Job I lost because I didn't show up to work because I was in jail overnight and I released too late to report to work and another after I told them I was arrested (but not convicted) of rape when they called me for an interview. I got the job and moved cross country to accept it and worked their for two years since I was a defense contract job I needed a Top Secret Clearance. They gave me an interim clearance then decided to not give me the same clearance I had in the military because of the allegations.

When I called and was considering going to "clearance court" They said a Clearance is a privelige not a right and the paperwork did say They couldn't find the lady not that I was innocent. That goes back to what the lawyer told me in our first meeting. "Let's see if she fully cooperates" In what other crime does it matter whether someone "fully cooperates" or not? Right now Tori Lanez is about to go to jail no matter if Meg actually takes the stand against him or not. If he shot her he shot her that's all that matters and if it can be independently verified he's guilty where Meg tries to "save him" or not.

I think that's the reason why even the most toxic masculinity advocate is fine with the death penalty and women even victims of rape are not. Because in certain situations it depends on how she feels at the time. In my case I could've totally raped that woman but the reason the cops came was because a neighbor called and the cops told me I could put her stuff out of my house. They arrested her for causing a distrubance Then she said by the way this nikka raped me, for no reason.
After she made the accusation she called me from different phones ( I always blocked every call) But the police couldn't find her. She was on all social media I don't know why they could just DM her or ask her family where she was.

Even in Russell Simmons case one accuser said she had sex consentually with Russell 4 times before, and the other one said that "she really like Russell". I'm not saying that he couldn't rape a woman who was attracted to him or that he had sex with before but what I am saying is that it's complecated. And if it's complecated then there needs to be mitigating factors like there is for when someone kills someone. Sometimes it's so complecated that the Prosecutor drops the case or when the woman doesn't come forward she's dropping the case.

By the way one of Russell's accusers late accused A.J. (the dude from 106 and Park) of raping her by having her give him head in a Limo, She didn't say he had a knife or a gun he simply pressed her head to his crotch. You might see the obvious problems with her accusation but dude did lose his job and she didn't pursue the case. His money is way shorter than Russell's and even in Russell's case now that he's in bali you could sue him but the Indonesian government will not enforce a foriegn civil case so like Polanski the case is low key dropped.

Same thing would've happened to Cosby had he took a flight. If R. Kelly dipped they would've brought his ass back to face trial raping kids is seens as something different entirely.
