Yes bill was slipping chicks the pill(s). And these chicks knew about it. They were not delusional. This is why their stories sound the same and somewhat believable. because they are mostly true. The problem is, they aint telling the part about how a number of them agreed to taking these very same pills.
Lets say for instance, i'm over some very very unattractive superstar chicks home when i was 18 years old. Sure i think she can get me in hollywood. so i'm down to come thru to her house. But the house invite still makes me feel a little ya know....strange. but maybe i roll anyway since i'm a dude, i'm not afraid to be raped by a woman(but women should always be more cautious than men in these incidents). So i'm sitting there and i'm feeling kind of ill. This unattractive super chick says Take these pills. now knowing what my old head parents told me about the 70's, being drug city. and how people were thinking its cute to drop a pill in your drink. and we're talking people's own friends were doing this stuff for giggles like i said earlier in the thread. Knowing this is the era for this kind of foolery. I would tell old girl. "naww i'm about to take it to the house and i'll get back with you the next day." If she keeps insisting. i would tell her, "as much as i love and admire you, i never take pills from anyone not my mother or father." If she keeps pushing it. I already know what time it is. This is why bill admits to it in that depo. Its because yes he gave them the pills. yes he got them for that very reason. yes he was on his spanish fly steez. Non of this makes it right that bill did what he did. that bill was using his status as a way to put these women in bad situations to even think they must sell themselves for a boost in the industry. He's wrong for that. and if by chance he did actually SLIP any of them the pill without them knowing is rape. but if he never pulled a quick one on them. that aint rape. thats a sleeze ball being a sleeze ball and a chick allowing a sleeze ball to be a sleeze ball so she could get what she wanted. so ladies in that case, take your L and move on.
