Cause they didn't physically rape or drug a lady.

It's more of a consent issue as a lady can say she was too scared to fight back and agreed to everything. And then you mix in drugs she can't consent and you caught up in date rape.

Now things sticking is another matter....but
do you really want to be arrested and before judges for having fun? Do you want to have to get a lawyer? Do you want you job to find out your in court for such matters?

Point is a man has to baby a woman and let her run the show at the same time. Hard time to be a man now in days.

The hell are you talking about? I'm separating the negative aspects that have clouded Cosby's later life from the positive aspects of the show.

I love the Cosby show and it was one of the first black shows to feature a black professional family. The downside to the allegations is they removed it from television. That's not right.

It's only negative if guilty in my mind. If you think he didn't real rape...then its a positive and shows how blacks are brought down.

I read your posts, and I'm in total agreement t with you. It's scary for men out here, BUTwe have technology on our side. Every man should have some cameras in his house to have some type of proof of that the chick wasn't drunk to the point she wasn't aware of what's going on. A glass of wine is not drunk.

If you record in your house, its legal, as long as you don't go selling the video or putting it on the internet, and she knows she is being recorded. Just let her know you have cameras in the house. She can lie and say you never told her, but at least you have proof, a good lawyer can find ways to get the evidence admitted, and help you beat your case. If anyone does this, please don't fukk it up by putting videos online, and then the law will be changed, and we all are assed out.

You are right...but ingestion of drugs alters reasoning so the consent is faulty because she does not have the ability to consent to possible changes.

And you have no proof of prior consent as in a hooker with the email on ya secret account and exchanging money.
