Hannibal's a monster too, Top 5 right now, but I think it's one of those situations where there's a top 1 or 2, and you gotta leave a gap before you start naming 3, 4, and 5.
Burr talking into a mic alone, Burr on a talk show, Burr doing a 5 minute set on Night of Too Many Stars trashing rich people in front of rich people, Burr specials...
Burr has what Patrice had, which is it doesn't matter the setting, topic or length of time, you just wanna hear him talk about anything.
I just cannot get into his comedy and I've tried countless times.
