Plus in the video he said these companies choosin Mexicans over blacks cuz they cheaper.

Its a wink and nod way of saying mexicans only

I Live in Dallas, TX and 40-50% of the labor and warehouse jobs posted on Indeed use that bilingual preference as a means to deter non mexicans from applying.

My first week in Dallas I interviewed for Nestle, Pepsico, and a bunch of decent paying warehouse gigs that ultimately went nowhere and it was apparent by how cold and standoffish my interviewers were. because it is predominantly Mexican and they are heavily .....I repeat heavily :mjpls:.

shyt is so bad i had to cut one interview short because even with 8 solid years of warehouse exp and certs dude was grilling me about my past and qualifications, then moving the goalpost regarding what he's looking for in a candidate. He was clearly fighting back his disdain but he also felt my energy shift and knew that I knew what he was doing and that I was liable to duff his ass any second. bytch nikka was nervous and tried to shake my hand and I left his ass hanging and told him.

Right now I work in IT and shyt is a breeze, 1st time I can actually say withot a shred of doubt that I like my job, not enough to sacrifice my integrity if somebody disrespect me but its a damn good job nontheless.
We just hired on these new people and one of them is some short dumpy mexican and he clearly got a problem. He was standing to my side sizing me up lowkey and didnt think I noticed. He also tries to put extra base in his voice when he speaks to me and address me with "aye homie" with this offputting inflection in his voice when he dont talk like that around them cacs. boy be talking with baby nuts around them. I dont knw what dude problem is but I will tear his ass out the frame so quick. They really think we fairgame out here but ima play wack-a-mole on his mf head if he get wrong. Think im looking to deep, well the first time I met this nikka he had the soft handshake for them white boys but tried to squeeze my shyt extra firm and shyt like it was supposed to intimidate me lol. He just know....I swear to god he just dont know the nature of what I can do.

But anyway..... that dude was telling the whole truth about them having the game locked in certain profession and boxing nikkas out of the job market. I went through that shyt and just dealing with Dallas mexicans in general will have you on some:demonic:. They moving foul out and I see what time they on.

I just came across this old interview:

Interesting how their attitude was different back then when South Central was still majority Black. They didn't see the threat that was coming. :snoop:

. In the Jungles they have been reinventing the buildings but rent going up and management are practicing a :mjpls: policy the last couple years. Just a couple weeks I saw cac in flip flops with girlfriend walk they poodle between King and Coliseum.

.

Never thought I would ever hear that about the jungles breh. I used to live on Ursula Ave a while back and that shyt wasn’t pretty but i had fam in the area as well so I was good over there. But you had to know how to move out there especially at night. I never parked the whip on the street.

Now it’s like what you say. 1 on of uncles been in the area for like 30+ years and has see the transition and told me one of my other uncles just moved over there in a new building full of CACs and I couldn’t believe him but I know it’s true. shyt is wild because all of that is 5 mins from those bustas in Baldwin Hills in one direction and 5 mins from Coliseum/Crenshaw/Rodeo/Exposition in the other direction.

shyt must feel like another world. I miss those days of riding down La Cienega like it was no big deal.

Miss walking thru Crenshaw mall even tho it was a trash mall and you could get better shyt elsewhere. So many memories breh. Even driving way out to Wilmington to get parts for the whip at the junkyard and I even remember getting my first car stereo installed at a Best Buy on Rosecrans in Torrance.
