The biggest problem with gentrification is that people want to live in the past, they want time to stand still. When shyt is bad it won’t stay that way it called progress. We need to follow up on all community mattters and be prepared. If rent goes up work 2 jobs or get a better job. That’s The reality. Have rent lawyers on retainer. It’s not impossible to be landlords if prepared. Also this stupid post of I saw a white guy or girl walking their dog or jogging in a certain area has to stop. We aren’t savage animals that attack on site. Anyone thinks that is a fukking moron.
