When it comes to LA, I believe out of towners think it should be a lot of blacks still around do to the 90s rap era in the main once black areas

Well even now it's split....last stats I saw said 46% black/46% latino. So yeah it's one of the few were the hispanics arent the majority.
But the gentrification was coming once MSG rehabbed The Forum. At that point Inglewood became a destination again for top notch music entertainment. When the Rams decided to build there it was over, nothing was gonna stop gentrification.
This is just the beginning as well, it'll be worse when the Clippers move to Inglewood as well.
Last few times I went to Roscoes in inglewood there was mad cacs.
This will have an effect on the surrounding areas as well. Cacs who work for Tesla and on Silicon Beach and shyt are starting to look for cribs in Ladera Heights and shyt
This shyt mindblowing to read. I visited an uncle that lived there when I was 9, but that was a BLACK neighborhood at the time. I can't imagine revisiting it now decades later and seeing what you are describing. shyt lowkey make me mad. We cant have shyt man.
If the So called gettin money nikkas wouldve invested in the neighborhood and kept the peace, then maybe this would be less likely to happen.

Nikkas worldwide cant even look our for our own people. If your gonna be corrupt at least reinvest in your community/country instead of tricking on hoes and material goods(cars clothes cribs)

As a Frisco native, I disagree.
Asians and others will continue to replace blacks in my old hood of Lakeview where blacks still actually live in houses. No black people want to stay in the hood forever because even though it may be gentrifying, all of the fonk and violence associated with what turf you from still comes and goes. 
And the projects throughout the rest of the city will be torn down. Every square inch of SF is prime real estate, What is stopping more black folk from leaving SF? SF has had the worst case of black flight of any big city. There is no safety net industry to protect the black middle class like there is with the federal government jobs in DC or black run local city government and opportunities for black owned business's to thrive in chocolate cities like Detroit and Baltimore. nikkas from Fillmoe, Lakeview and Hunters Point don't end up running shyt in Silicon Valley, they grow up to populate San Quentin or be pushed out to Antioch or pursue better opportunities for a better life in cities like DC and ATL. SF is run by white liberals and racist Asians who believe blacks are lazy, stupid and violent. White liberals only like token whitewashed blacks. And rich whitewashed token blacks will be the only ones able to afford SF as well as be able to tolerate the openly anti-black vibe of the entire city. 
SF is too much money to even have a victim class of project living black folk which white liberals also love as long as they stay on their side of town.

Yeah Roscoe in Hollywood aint gonna have many blacks. Inglewood roscoe's will be like mostly black with some other races mixed in. Roscoes on Pico n La Brea got black folks there.
I was just at a Denny's in inglewood the other night, it was all black people in there with latino workers
Quick google search says Garden is 37% latino, 24% asian and 24% black. So again not "majority black" but if you out there you shouldn't have a hard time finding black folks

My thing is, there's hardly any black people in college. Cost isn't a genuine or relevant conversation if you go the CC > CSU route.
How is the LA black population 7-8% yet, public colleges and universities only like 4%.
No matter what anyone says, you're still better off with higher education than without it. My shyt in undergraduate was basically free. At most i paid fees at the CSU level that cost $300 a semester. That's nothing.
Black people gotta start talking higher education more seriously. As much as the coli likes to shyt on bw with soft degrees. When they go on to get masters they start seeing real money 70-100k.

Black people can also be found in less numbers at Killer Shrimp.
Also Sunday brunches is when you'll see a lot black people out dining.
I personally hate brunches and buffets.
You can pay Hispanics less if they're undocumented. Plus it's also a retention mechanism. If i work in a restaurant I'm literally only doing that until the next best thing pops up, whereas an undocumented worker will work longer, harder and more productive hours for less pay.
Same shyt happens in the tech field regarding the H1V1 visa's.
But even within what i just mentioned are stereotypes. Its a fallacy to think undocumented workers and people on H1V1 visa's cant be lazy and are always productive. You see this type of greed in a every contemporary field. The concept of doing more with less help. This increases the probability for mistakes to occur.

I'm in health so H1V1 sounded about right without double checking.And i agree. I do my part, only wish others would the same. I mentor teens, i give money to black homeless people when i got loose cash and try to use any bit of power or influence i have at the moment to make sure black people are properly advocated for.
Cant really help people who cant help themselves. I really wish black people would enroll in higher education due to the opportunities there are to make in emerging fields such as tech.

Like seriously originally from Memphis, TN and we all tend to have the trait of low tolerance for bullshyt, which explains the murder rate partially. You stay solid, dont bother people and mind your fukking business and you will be good, In Dallas, its like being a disrespectful, a$$hole is just part of the culture. From the drivers on highway to just trying to walk through a store or a mall. I've met few cool people but most have me ready to beat the shyt outta them.
I might need to visits South Dallas where all my brehs at to feel at home.. I miss that hood energy and corner stores to an extent
