I've said plenty of times he follows the same formulas a lot but i still think this particular album is dope for a couple of reasons:
1. I think sonically it felt bigger and fuller (and not just be he got outside help cause his own productions feel more epic as well). Add to that great sequencing. It flows and feels pretty good.
2. He got a few tracks that deviate from the usual formula (keep the devil off, justin track), so he took more risks than usual which worked out. AND, the tracks that do end up in his usual lane are at least good versions of the formula for the most part.
3. The album feels more focused. There is a clearer intent to take you on a ride (which all goes back to sequencing).
