Finally received my copy in the mail to make the cypher complete.

Looking forward to playing this in the whip to see what the quality difference does

I've said plenty of times he follows the same formulas a lot but i still think this particular album is dope for a couple of reasons:

1. I think sonically it felt bigger and fuller (and not just be he got outside help cause his own productions feel more epic as well). Add to that great sequencing. It flows and feels pretty good.

2. He got a few tracks that deviate from the usual formula (keep the devil off, justin track), so he took more risks than usual which worked out. AND, the tracks that do end up in his usual lane are at least good versions of the formula for the most part.

3. The album feels more focused. There is a clearer intent to take you on a ride (which all goes back to sequencing).

This album is fantastic. I always felt like he delivered on the tapes but for various reasons the albums never fully delivered. This one absolutely did.

Aux Cord and Price of Fame are my favorites, I think.

I really liked the two songs Mannie Fresh produced on the album. I always been a fan of his. Hopefully him and KRIT continue to work together.

I'm not sure.

It was called "the underground edition" and supplies were limited to a few hundred copies or so. It was on nature-sounds.net but their website isn't pulling up correctly any more.

It was his first 4 mainstream mixtapes (Krit Wuz Here, Return of 4eva, 4eva and a Day, A King Remembered In Time) made in (1) cassette form, (2) CD, and (3) Vinyl, and they combined all 3 media in different package deals. The ultimate version had all 3 and came with a T-Shirt, which is the one I paid for. EDIT: The set no longer exists but you can buy them individually at UGHH™ | The Home Of Underground Hip Hop / Rap .
