we just got approved to take "non sporting" wagers last year, but in order to do so you still have to submit the wager to the gaming commission for approval and by the time they get back to you more than likely the shyt has passed. we submitted betting on the mvp in the super bowl (would be one of, if not THE most popular prop on the super bowl), since its not determined on the field per se but voted on it needed approval by the gaming board. 3 months early, and they still didnt get to it so we went without it for another year. ridiculous
