The everyday card only has a 2x multiplier on groceries. Plat has 1x on everything except airline tix (5x). For the everyday card, you gotta spend $3400/mo on groceries minimum to get to 40k points in 6 months. If you spend way less in groceries, you may have to kick out up to 5+k per month to hit 40k points. On the plat, unless you buy a bunch of international plane tickets, you basically gotta spend $40k in 6 months or about $6700/mo to hit 40k points.I have the plat and the basic everyday

Please share link/storyon a side note, people been trying to get in Centurion lounges with Credit One AMEX cards and been getting turned right the fukk around.
Yeah I’m really glad you put me on game because that’s some pretty heavy lifting for just the Platinum card. I would’ve been sniffing elsewhere in two months after my intro offer but now I know all I have to do is pay off my blue cash balance then trade up for the goldThe everyday card only has a 2x multiplier on groceries. Trying to tell y’all dumb negroes to get the gold! You would get 4x points on the groceries and dining and you could possibly have 40k in 2-3 months
We all have our strengths. Mine is deal hunting where others have gems in that AMC thread that put me on to stock investments. I had largely stayed away from that fuccery because I lost big a few times and never really bothered to go back to it until this short squeeze shyt pooped off with the meme stocksI love when brehs drop finance knowledge in here. I'm just replying so that I'm subscribed to the thread.

It’s at $50k now I just checked. I started 4 months ago as a new Platinum user and they only gave me a purchase limit of $30k because they need to see how you’ll use the card. 4 months later they know the deal with me so they gave me $20k of additional space. It can go up from here and I can post another screen shot in a couple months if I remember which should load it up to another $25k to get to $75k etc.Did your limit start at that or is this from getting your rate increased over time? Anyways, I started declining these offers because they're scary. I have way too much access to crdit it makes me feel uncomfortable. 2 CCs with $30K limit, LOC $10K, HELOC $200K. Balance paid off at the end of the month. It works against you (at least up here) when getting a mortgage.
$45K CC is scary.
I should be taking advantage of better cards though.
