Been enjoying my AMEX Gold. I took the Resy offer that gives you a 20% statement credit back in restaurants. The 20% statement credit comes quickly (like a day or two). Going on a business trip in a few weeks so will be using it extensively then.
I think one or two of the brehs in the 6 Certs forum have one. Now that I’m on platinum I should be eligible about 2030 if I stay on pace. I’m on target for about $60k spend just this year alone. It’s basically just laundering money through Amex first then using your checking account to pay off the balances. My bill for July is $7k alone.So does any coli member have the centurion?

I got the platinum but chase sapphire reserve is a much better card than the amex, its my go to card for everything, i just pay bills with my amex
Depends on your needs. I have both but I travel plenty and I don’t have the trinity of chase so it’s punching left handed

Damn, I got the offer for the Platinum and the Gold in the mail the other day but I put in my shredding bin with my other junk letters.

Next year I’ll easily hit that, annual spending on the black card has to be $250k for at least 3 years among other things. I should be there tail end of this decade. As far as the chase card, my bennies with the plat have been leaps and bounds better to be Frank. Chase didn’t give me any status with hotels when I signed up.
