Word.
I don't want anyone to die or anything close to dying , but covid needs to make that ol come back
jim crow joeI envy y'all who were able to WFH. I'm in healthcare and see patient's so WFH is not an option. Saving on gas because you don't have to sit in traffic, less money being spent on dry cleaning suits and other dress clothes, getting extra sleep because you don't have to wake up early to shower, breakfast, etc. Productivity is up which is more money for the company and also less money being spent on building maintenance and also happier employees which again means better productivity.
What sense does it make to send people back to the office when their work can be done at home?! This isn't 1992!![]()

Makes absolutely no senseEncouraging people to return to the office when the price of gas is going up![]()
What’s funny is gas is going up as they said they would go fully green by 2030 at the climateee summittt and ppl actually believe the events happening are natural progression. You have ppl here demanding a change which is what they want. That's when you know it's a hoax.

Any company thinking people want to come back is delusional. These companies inabilities to fill their fukkin office space IS NOT our problem.
Fill my fukkin pockets with more bread if y’all want to see my face
these motherfukkin companies have to realize that their shyt culture had alot of people at breaking points yet they stuck it out because bills had to be paid.
now this once in a generation pandemic pops up, derails the status quo and then suddenly a lot of people have this “awakening”.
And it’s fukked up
the WFH crowd is still getting work but the blue/brown collar workers (in some instances) said “fukk it” and chose to quit outright rather than put up with the politics and bullshyt of low pay/shytty schedules + dealing with entitled customers (and crap bosses).
this is the closest to an “early retirement” thats the most WFH workers are ever gonna get. And just because you WFH it doesn’t mean your work is glamorous. So, you make up for it by working in bed, sleeping in, traveling a little more and shaking off the stress of being around people you don’t fukk with (in the office) — along with not having irritating commutes.
Some WFH folk got this boiled down to a science and have figured out how to re-humanize themselves during all of this.

You voted for the racist that approved the crime bill and was the main fakkit fighting no integrated bus system for schools in the 70s. You can be that dumb.Biden is the dictator?

No he’s right. Many local urban economies are built around office workers coming in every day. Restaurants, pharmacies, transportation systems, etc. They all exist to support the office workers. It would be a massive transformation of local economies if downtowns essentially became ghost towns. Not really. Plenty of companies have doubled and tripled down on remote only. There’s no point in paying these high ass commercial rents or mortgages if you don’t have to.
