They're 100% getting paid less.
Adobe, IBM, Google, Microsoft all have Indian CEOs. All those folks thinking this only affects low paid jobs obviously aren't paying attention or aren't even in those environments to be able to comment in the first place. I've also been on teams where I'm the only on shore resource. The rest is outsourced to India or the entire team is Indian and I'm the only American. I can't be mad at Indians. They are doing what they can to take care of their people, but folks acting like it doesn't affect anything have to be paid shills. Latino immigrants get in management in construction and landscaping, put only their people on. Indian folks in tech get in and only put their people on in higher positions and then offshore a ton of jobs to India. All migrants come in to put their countrymen and send money home. This is only sustainable in small doses, but when the whole country is filled with people doing this, poverty will ensue and the minute America falls, most folks will just return to their home country.
