I have worked in construction for 10yrs. Once one of these immigrants get on a crew their whole intention is to get their cousins and family hired by the manager at lower wages and replace the existing employee. Then they NEVER hire black Americans NEVER! They don’t even try to speak English to you.

Black American have a more fair chance at working living wage jobs under a white boss. At least y’all speak the same language, have some common interests and both see yourselves as American. These migrants don’t care about nothing but sending money home.

I believe borders should be closed. Don’t let anyone in that can’t already support themselves or has a family that will support them.

Yep, the minute they get here and get in positions of power, they are doing nothing but hiring their own and maybe a token black or white to meet the quota. I was making $55hr Union wage 4yrs ago in construction. To keep labor costs down they started bringing in out of state scabs. Paid them $29hr.

I got an alert on indeed the other day where the same job I was doing is not paying $27-$28 hr!! WTF??

A recruiter called me asking if I wanted a management position, one of the requirements was must be fluent In Spanish. GTFO when y’all say this doesn’t affect black people you are either ignorant or just lying.
