Where are you getting this notion that all immigrants are some kind of unskilled neanderthal? A lot of these people have skills and if they don't have that skill, they have a racial structure that will put them on and teach them while on the job.

The CEO of Starbucks, Microsoft, Adobe, Google, and IBM are all Indian. If you've worked in the tech field, you'd see that there are more Indians than Americans at most of these jobs. The field is full of Indian tech consulting firms. What do you think TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and InfoSys are about? They dominate the tech right now. When one gets in a position to influence hiring, they will be bringing on several of their countrymen and women via contracting with one of those companies. The QA department is likely 95% Indian females and software will likely be 70% Indian males, 10% Indian females, and the rest is mostly whites and asians with a handful of black men. You can most likely count the black men that are doing tech at most of these companies on one hand.

Even those coming across the border illegally, you see tons of them here with big, expensive trucks after a few years. They are making a killing with the landscaping and other jobs. Acting like the migrants here are forever stuck in the strawberry fields to do the so-called jobs we don't want to do is fantasy.

What these groups are doing is SMART, but in reality, it's not fair especially to black americans, because there is a low probability you will get hired over one of their own given a similar skillset.
