What did they do when the Haitian immigrants came the same way? I honestly don't recall. I think this is multi-layered. They will mostly be taking jobs and working along side migrant workers. Going in the fields and harvesting crops, but there's still going to be added stress to the infrastructure when a new half a million people need help.
