Let those sites pay a decent wage and offer training and watch how quickly those jobs fill up. It takes time to get people's skills up to par, but ultimately, it has to be done.

People can't do those jobs without the proper training and they can't get the training and experience because it was an insulated industry where companies would rather underpay illegal immigrants and when they those immigrants into management they only hire each other.

yup its the same here in canada with international students they come to fake diploma mills really only to work as uber drivers or at fast food places. My mcdonalds used to be teenagers working etc. now its just a bunch of indians they come work their way up to maanger and hire everyone. During covid when they couldn't come over it was was so easy to find a job emplyoees had power, now that they are back its hard. These folks supress wages they are fine with taking 40-50k for jobs that would be much higher

Exactly. China can buy land and invest in businesses here but not the other way around. I can't go fly into another country and ignore all immigration processes and get rewarded with free housing and a job. They will send me back.
