Read btwn the PR Fluff there, "rescheduling" some of biggest stops on your world tour is insane and costs money. Usually it only happens if someone has an illness, natural disasters or them tickets ain't selling.

It would clearly be proof of ticket sales. There are numerous articles stating ticket sales for the reason of cancelation.
