So you think that LiveNation didn't do their due diligence in making sure Rihanna's logistics were on point prior to announcing that tour?? Read btwn the PR Fluff there, "rescheduling" some of biggest stops on your world tour is insane and costs money. Usually it only happens if someone has an illness, natural disasters or them tickets ain't selling.
