I agree shes mad overrated musically. Maybe her live shows are great for the beehive. Her music though is just generic. She's no Whitney Houston.

Though she seems like a solid person and shes giving back a ton to those around her / special causes just like Jay-z. What can you do :yeshrug:

You posted this like you're uncovering a huge revelation. People have known this and its widely known that Beyonce uses writers. She's a Pop star.
Yet you were literally just defending her in the previous page when I said she doesn't write. Lol.

Weirdo.

The criticism of Beyoncé that’s valid to me, is that she’s hasn’t consistently made music up to par with her skills. Especially across hits from bday, Sasha fierce, Beyoncé, etc.

Im not going to get into a battle about Lemonade because for some reason people stab that album - it did absolutely nothing for me nor were half the songs good - but bey’s hits just haven’t felt as timeless as someone like Janet, Mariah, Whitney, Mary j. But maybe she is for folks who came up under Beyoncé who were the age I was coming up under the aforementioned artists ...

She’s an amazing entertainer, but there has always been something just not quite there musically with me for Beyoncé to put her in my all time female top 10 (and I’m not even sure she’d make my top 20)
The quality of her music isn’t up to par. She’s not reaching Janet yet people act like she’s the second coming. The best thing about most of her songs have been her vocal production.
Lemonade was a package. The music itself doesn’t stand alone. You can have hits and great songs at the same time.

beyonce can do her whole show acapella..janet n Ciara cannot...

my sister said far as dancing... if this was battle of the bands in high school...Ciara would be from the hood school n bey would be from the suburbs.. both would go at it

if the battle was to go at a neutral location...it would be closer than a lot of ppl think....n could end in a tie...

janet is nowhere in the realm.. if mike wasn't her brother she wouldn't even be ashanti...janet is a industry plant ...and as a entertainer who was her competition ..nobody

the 80s janet made the whop look old and like it hurt

images
out of all the entertainers janet the only one that a stunt double..

giphy.gif
she can do this all day

how old are you cause i read this and i think.
you were NOT cognitive for Janet Jackson's career all.

Right...

Like the hate is palpable

These arent dope records? Lol

Crazy in Love? Drunk in Love? Deja Vu? My,Myself&I? These arent classic?

Gaga has a better voice? Seriously? Xtina? Kelly Clarkston???

And Rihanna is cool, but wha song of hers is topping any of the above

crazy in love is beyounce's only real record.

I have never given any actual record or her's a good reviews ever.

She literally negative to Xmas a few years i I think back to the negative and bad and i will not. I just remember definitely doing music reviews on beyounce and being in the nas cheer spirit and still could not make up enough bullshyt filled words to be nice about a number of those albums. So naw,...

Stop.

Ciara has better records and the sxsw Ciara mixtape kills any rnb chicken the old guard that beyounce is in.
promise is still the best entire record of the decade 2000. Beyoncé does not have a record that good for me to say that at all.
SXSW has records that rival promise.
on more than one occasion and is a long player quality bside album. before mixtapes were really solidified in direction of material like now.

Beyoncé does not even have bside that bangs and she should. she does not have a b side dark horse song. Which speaks volumes about her quality song to song in discography.

Beyonce and Rihanna have about the same amount of Hip Hip infused songs and as a Male, I don't see how one is more relatable than the other. I don't really hear Beyonce making "Bug A Boo" and "Bill's, Bills, Bills" type songs, which were dissing men. I don't see female empowerment songs as dissing men, but I'm not going to bump a song like "Run The World" either.

Still a song like "Party" feat Andre 3000 is something I could bump. There's a lot of songs on her self titled album that are Hip Hop heavy.

And Rihanna has records dissing men as well.

Put it this way, I couldn't bump neither Beyonce or Rihanna they way I could vibe with Mary J Blige, Erykah Badu, Alicia Keys, Lauryn Hill, or Missy Elliott. All sing, but it's a much heavier Hip Hop influence to their music especially Lauryn and Missy because they are essentially Hip Hop artists.

really.!!?!??!!
you do not hear the male nineties continuation follow up.
to the soundtrack to emasculate all men.
when you hear bills bills bills and bug a boo.

really...
bug a boo, bills,.....
those are the purposeful TLC intended for sequels to scrubs.
written by Shakespeare and xscape's very own.

like how were you cognitive for this as a guy and you say this. Your heart must pump estrogen to say that.
or you were not around.

I really can nOt believe you said that.

are you on her pr team on here.

You paid to say that on here publically.
I can not see no male from that time saying what you said.

Did you not see where I posted that "Bill's, Bill's, Bills" and "Bug A Boo" were songs dissing men. I know who produced and wrote the songs: Shakesphere and Kandi Burruss respectively, who were also behind "No Scrubs". I was talking about Beyonce not really having songs like that as a solo artist.

so, are you trying to disassociate her from those records?
what part of the revisionist selective choice reasoning edition of the jayz play book is this?

It's not revisionist selective choice. Does she or does she not have records like those as a solo artist? The closest one, I already listed and acknowledged in the initial post you quoted.
