I think you answered your own question. The missing element in Beyoncé's music is that she's a performance artist first, which results in her performing her songs vs actually singing them. What separates her from a Janet, Mariah, Whitney, and Mary is that with all of them, there was an emotional and even spiritual connection between them and the music they made. With Beyonce, the connection is more physical and technical. Beyonce doesn't really own a song, the way she owns a stage. That's where she falls short of someone like Michael Jackson where performance meets perfection (or near perfection) meets the emotional/spiritual connection that even permeates through the songs. Beyoncé's songs don't translate as well on record as they do on stage. Even her best songs lack.

Context. That video doesn't make sense if you're saying she's "stealing" as in "bite" or "jack". She's obviously talking about "we gon steal it" or "we gon take everything" as in "shift the focus or attention".
