Don't get it twisted. I've never listened to a Joe Budden song in entirety but I know from a 30 second snippet who the better rap artist is.

Just because you have lyrical ability doesnt mean every song has to showcase it. Thats the trap so many of these Canibus type rappers fall into. Make a song that can move the crowd. Top tier emcees can do both.

I dont see anything wrong with comparing Jeezy and Buddens cuz neither is top tier. However, Jeezy is better in his lane than Buddens. As far as trap rappers go he's doesnt have many peers. Buddens on the other hand isnt any more impressive than AZ or Royce or Talib.

as a rapper...its budden no question. he also can rock the crowd live, I was surprised.

as an artist, its much closer and I might even give the edge to jeezy.

but as rapper, you cant compare jeezys content and lyrics to budden's...at all.
