If he got to 6.1 it def wasn’t from grassroots support. U don’t go from 15k with 300 people, to 6.1million in twelve hrs without big money donations. He also took that page down btw
Add that with the fact that he waited 5 days before saying how much he raised. Add that with the fact that he didn’t close how many ppl donated, and how much the average donation was, it seems shady. Let’s not forget he has a history with Bundlers
I’m sure he got that amount, I’m just questioning how he got it.

His lane is somewhere between Biden and Bernie as the progressive capitalist in the race.
Biden - centrist/electability, Bernie - democratic socialist, Beto - "i like Bernie, i'm a progressive but I'm scared of the socialist label".
I don't know why he's recalculating his position on healthcare but he is still left of almost everybody on immigration and term limits. A lot of the criticism coming from the left is actually coming from toxic Bernie loyalists. Since the primaries are still a year away, I bet a lot of the noise from the last few days doesn't stick. He's already getting huge crowds and he's a monster campaigner. He's also unemployed right now so he can dedicate all of this time to campaigning. You are underestimating this guy. He went into the 5th ward, South Dallas, PV vs Southern to speak to black voters. New Hampshire is all about retail politics which he excels at. Give him 3 months on the trail, I bet he outperforms Kamala there as well and pretty much everywhere else except the south. I don't see the appeal of choosing Kamala over Beto.

What do you mean by "money from big donors?" Is the implication here that it's just a few thousand people donating the max? If that were the case then he would not meet the requirements to participate in the debates.
