I use myprotein isolate because of it's quality and price. Doesn't taste as good as the stuff from allmax nutrition or optimum nutrition but the price makes it worth it.

I personally use T.R.U.T.H. although the most effective one for me has been Platinum ON...I stopped taking the majority of ON products because they make me break out though.

I cant offer much help here, I use Myprotein which I rate personally. Great prices and protein seems good. I have never used Muscle Tech but I have tried Optimum a few years ago which was decent.

I hopped on it after many reconmendations. I picked up an 11lb bag for $50 during a sale. Shipping was only 3.99. They always have great promotions. It's awesome breh. I just copped their caffeine tabs and bcaas. Feels amazing.

They are awesome, I only use protein and BCAA's and I get them both from Myprotein. Never had any issues with their products and I find them to be much cheaper than others.
