I might switch to organic plant protein powder. Sometimes whey gives me gas

I ditched the whey and switched back over to plant protein powders. No more bloat, gas, and death stools. I wish lg sciences would bring back lipotropic protein. Imo, one of the best plant based proteins I've had.

Really? What do you mean?

They've just been blatant with spiking their protein with free form amino acids (ie isoflex) all while jacking up the prices to gnc levels.

Take a look at their preworkout muscle prime. It is basically a glorified six star/body fortress level preworkout. The pixie dusting on the supplement panel is shameless and their pricing it a premium as well. They deserved that class action lawsuit

Can't go wrong with a whey based protein powder from the following companies

PES
ON
Iforce

I'll always recommend essential amino acids over worthless bcaas. Prime nutrition has a good amino acid intra workout drink at a reasonable price

Creatine mono is still king but if you're worried about bloating, creatine hcl is good.

PES prolific/high volume, kage muscle pre kaged, and purus labs condense. Prolific(when it drops)or pre kaged if you definetly need an answer.

Biochem Whey Protein - the natural flavor. It's a isolate so it's a higher quality protein, 99% lactose free - i never have issues with this and I usually CANT drink milk/eat cream without gas...it's blends well. I like the natural flavor cuz i hate sweetened protein powders and i like the flexibility of being able to mix it in anything - shakes, yogurt, oatmeal, grains, etc. Lastly, I find this one powder works well as a post workout supp AND as a pre-bedtime shake

I also fukk with Vega One Shakes as a midday supplement for the blend of plant proteins, greens, and antioxidants.

Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass (chocolate) has helped me put on a good 20 lbs. Tasty but I will say I am near my ideal weight but refuse to drink any protein powder unless it is mixed with this stuff now. I like it that much
