How it taste with water?Unflavored tastes like cheese
I have been rocking with chocolate fudge brownie for like 3 years. Great thing about TN though is you can sample any of their main flavors for $1.50:
TN Protein/Flavor Sample Packs
My only gripe with them is they are based on the west coast and they take like 10 days to ship to the east.... so when I'm down to 1 bag I reorder.
Optimum Nutrition gold standard... taste good in water too
Yep
how do you like it compared to other protein powders? what flavor you got?Yep
Thats what i use
decided to toss protein powders in the bushes. i get about 120-130g of protein a day from food so the fukk i need a tub of that shyt for. Not knocking it for those who cant eat that much protein in a day because it did help me meet my requirements in the beginning.
What's your meals and break down how much protein you getting from each meal if you can
Brerakfast = 42g of protein:
1 cup of egg whites = 25g
i cup of 2% milk = 10g
2 turkey bacons = 6g
1 cup Frozen berries ( i mix this with milk) = 1g
Lunch = 45-55g (depending on how big my chicken is)
Boneless skinless chicken breast = 33-43g
Berry yougurt parfait - 11g
mixed veggies = 1-2 g
Snack = 20g (ill have a protein bar or two hand fulls of dry roasted Edamame
Dinner = 20-30g
Tuna on wheat toast bread = 20g
Whole heart healthy wheat bread x2 = 8g
adds up to be about 127- 147g of protein.
