Salute This Man, You’ll Get Far In Life

Breh, I can be modest with my stature, but when it comes down to retail I am a last of a dying breed. I had customers buying me shyt because I was that good:wow:.

For instance, I had a shyt load of people in a line because all of the morning sales reps called out in my department. It was hell on earth and supervisors had to keep a eye on my area because it was just me. Anywho, this dude needed a macbook while this jackass in back of him was whining about being seen for "hELp".

I sold him the Macbook and he just gave me the change and told me to get a cup of coffee. I was like:dwillhuh:"breh", and dude was like "you did good enduring all of this" or some shyt, and if his wife doesn't care about the Macbook then its on her because he doesn't give a shyt:mjlol:.

I had money, gift cards, and etc by just making sure folks get what they need and bouncing, along with tech tips like I told this one dude that was trying to buy a Joy Con that he can just used air cleaner to clean off the one he had causing drift.

Dude put that shyt down so fast and was like "thanks for saving me some money:wow:".

Yea I believe that "luxury" title is a scam. Like so what is a new apartment complex that is not "luxury" look like? They building all these new complexes where I am at(Gwinnett, GA) where the damn rent starts at $1400 for a one bedroom 600 sq ft apartment.

Try out southern Gwinnett. I lived in the area for a few years, in my teens. I finally moved back after a decade and bought a nice house close to the freeway portion of 78. I can be downtown in like 10 mins. I’m fortunate because my commute goes north to lake Lanier, so I miss most of the traffic.

i remember hearing in the past they were going to move to a model where manufactures just lease show room space, and even provide their own employees/specialist to work there and talk about the products.

alot of these places made their own bed by just being trash competitively
places in the mall have always done the same shyt too... nobody respects your business and wants to pay more "for the experience"

not singling out best buy but alot of places or most; will never respect the customers best wishes or interest... and now they pay for it in reverse

Inevitable :manny: they did well to last this long

Unfortunately their business model just doesn't work in 2021. There's little to no reason to even go to Best Buy when you can get the same thing cheaper from Amazon and delivered to your door in a day.

You need large brick and mortar electronic stores.
Or you get what happened when brick and mortar storra were refurbished trash with no return policies mucking uo the daily revenue and consumership. Except this time the consumer will be in volume and preyed upon with no get back readily available that makes functional sense.

My thing is min wage should be for teens. Issue is grown ass folks be working jobs meant for teens. In HS i literally never got interviews for mall jobs because companies rather hire an adult who can work all day than a teen who can come in for a few hours after school and the weekend.

I still feel housing is an issue, because in my city every new housing development is listed as ''luxury' lol. Like is there not new 'regular' housing being built? You would think with technology advancements it would be easy to built affordable housing but instead they build cheap and tax to maximize margins

All uv dis huh.

All uv dis.

I say the same thing.
Transplants paying ny sf and calu prices for shyt in The stix. with no sidewalk, plumbing, city services, sewer, trash alleyways, trash service, streets and sani or snow removal budget etc. People are being taken now more than ever. Plus shyt racial too.

Don't let them see you black selling a home priced like everyone else.

I thought about moving over to Snellville or Grayson. I stay on Sugarloaf(Duluth side) right now. So you know I am paying that premium tax. But my job is like 8 mins away so it is like give or take situation.

Grayson is a hilarious because they refuse to urbanize lol. shyt just turns country af with nothing to do. I feel you on the commute. Gwinnett is so big that it feels like you trying to cross the metro area to get to the center or to the other end.
