26 million in cap space available
Don't forget Kelce also, who was basically WR1 levelthat whole "KC traded Tyreek and still won" argument is silly, they have a legendary HC-QB-DC trio. You can't try and follow what they do.
I guess they're hoping the players on defense develop and turn into high impact players cause 3 dudes taking up almost half the cap in football seems tough to build around.so they paid both receivers. How they build their defense will be interesting.
they have no defenseIdk - I can see the Bengals winning a Super Bowl within the next 2 seasons. (Ravens fan btw)
Eagles
Ravens
Bills
Chiefs
Commanders
Rams
Bengals
I rank'em 7 pre-draft
Bengals usually play a 3rd place easy schedule
The Bucs didnt break the bank for any of them, including Brady and had a strong Oline and defense. Thats what you cant try to follow because you dont have as good of an overall team. shyt the Bucs been in the playoffs the last 2 seasons with skeletal remnants of that squad while Cincy missed it with the dudes they just cashed out meaning help aint on the way.The concept of keeping your WRs is fine, it's a weapons league. That's why Brady had Evans/Godwin and still pushed for AB, the Rams had Kupp at his peak and still brought in Odell, Eagles have been to two SBs in three years with Brown & Smith, etc - that whole "KC traded Tyreek and still won" argument is silly, they have a legendary HC-QB-DC trio. You can't try and follow what they do.
The issue for Cincinnati was the process, they handled this terribly and severely handcuffed how they navigate building the roster the next few years.
Also that O line…..so they paid both receivers. How they build their defense will be interesting.
Yeah the defense was bad but the bengals had no choice in this matter. People kept talking about how owners cheap and stuff.
Now they spend the money to keep the offense together
