Being single as an adult male only sucks if you're the type of man who doesn't have many hobbies or friends.

Yes at a certain point it makes sense to be in relationship and/or build a family as everyone else will be in relationships and won't be going out as much......but if you can't find something to occupy your time after working 20 to 50, 60 hours a week depending on your job, I dunno what to say to you. We all get lonely but love comes when it comes.....Shouldn't be a thing to where it's difficult to get into as an adult.

also depends on your personality, I enjoy solitude. I'm an introvert and I've embraced that. I have no problem socializing when I feel like it, but being alone does not mean that I'm lonely or antisocial.
It simply means that solitude allows me to have inner peace and it enhances my well being. I love travelling by myself or just chilling by the waterfront, or being at home betting on sports or whatever, to others who are extroverts it would be pulling out their hair.

And I agree women, relationships, love comes and goes for the most part its seasonal, its winter now but summer is gonna come again

It's nice having a girlfriend for the good times but damned if i saved a ton of money this year by being single...

On the real, I'm single now just going out with friends, working the daily grind, meeting people when I do. Miss having a girlfriend at times, got all my homies going through ex-wife factors talking about "stay single, it's the best, don't get married!!"

Yeah it definitely depends on your personality. I'm quite similar to you (Tho you're def more extreme) I dated a woman this summer who was the complete opposite of me in terms of needing solitude. As much as we had chemistry it was completely miserable for me at times. She never seemed to want to be alone ever......I could spend the entire weekend with her and by the time I got home from dropping her off she'd be hitting me up to FaceTime. I have friends who would like that type of thing....

Sometimes I think it sucks, then I remember all the hard times this girl put me through, and vice versa

I'm career driven(filmmaker) so being in a relationship while trying to build a career was probably the worst thing, set me back about two years, paying rent for two apartment for 2 years, shopping at whole foods for 2 years

We broke up about a year ago, she's with another guy now, sometimes I miss her, but I look at her now, she seems happier(at least on instagram, ya'll know how that go)

I'm still single, on the grind, 2015 is looking promising for me

Thing is while you're single you gotta make sure you better yourself, so the next time your ex see's you she's gonna be filled with regret

I'm fresh out of a relationship, its been a week. I'm kinda glad its over because having a girlfriend costs money. You got Christmas, Valentines day, Birthday gifts to buy, a "make me feel special" gifts and dates to pay for. Being single saves you tons of money.

I haven't been single since 2012, I'm still adjusting back to single life. Who am I going to go on vacations with, concerts with, spend my weekends with. I made a big mistake by spending all my free time with this girl.

I signed up to a gym, bought tonnes of video games to assist me back in to the single life. Single life is the time to improve yourself to be the best you, you can possibly be.
